Once you decide you want to book with us we take a deposit of $500. We can split it into two $250 payments. One at signing and the other thirty days later. Then six months from your date we take another $500. With the remaining amount due 30 days before your reserved Date.
The rental is from 9:00 am to 10:30 pm. With a rehearsal time slot of 1 hour. We schedule this during the week prior to your wedding.
Yes of course we do. We all know it can be Sunny one minute and rain the next here in Missouri. So why not be prepared? Here at Spring Valley our large changing rooms are inside our main ceremony building. This way you don’t have to ruin your big day walking through the rain. And our rooms are Climate controlled to keep you at the right temperature.
Yes you can. You can rent additional days at a discounted price. This gives you two full days to decorate, have a rehearsal and a rehearsal dinner with your wedding the following day.
Yes. We have different options to get married. Depending on the size of the wedding and whether you want to be inside or out. We have you covered.
Yes, It’s your big day and we all have different opinions. So this is your day to shine and choose who you want to cater your event.
Yes, there is a fee of $200 and you are required to use a licensed and insured Bartending service.
We live very close to the Venue. So we come over periodically throughout the day and make sure things are going good. We don’t want to be standing around in your way all day. At the same time we are just a phone call away.
If something happens and you no longer need your date we can put your date back up as available. If someone books it we will refund the amount they put down. If we cannot get the date rebooked we will not be able to refund any money.
We have a full warming kitchen. This is to heat up items. There is no cooking allowed in the kitchen.
We have multiple locations that produce beautiful pictures. From our old barn with antique truck to the spring feed creek there is a spot for everyone.
You will need to go to the courthouse to get your license.
No, all rented items have to be dropped off and picked up in the rental time.
We have a gorgeous indoor Facility that is climate controlled. It has a beautiful setting for indoor weddings. So no matter what the weather does, you will still have the wedding you have dreamed of.
No, we are in the country with hay fields. So it is just too risky to shoot fireworks. We do allow sparklers at your send off.
No, we have weddings booked every day. So the parking lot needs to be cleared at the end of your time slot.
We do have some and it is growing all the time.
We do not provide linens. Although we do have a vendor who we can get you in touch with.
If they are inclosed in glass we allow votive, floating and pillar. Tapered candles must be flameless.
We leave the round tables out with chairs. Just let us know how many of each you need and we will have them ready for you.
We have a company that will clean for $300 with notice. If you wait until the rented date the price will go up. Or you can clean. If you choose the option to clean we will give you a list and all the needed supplies to get the building back To how it was when you received it.
This is kind of a tricky question. We have seating for 200, and tables for 300. And for the minimum that is totally up to you. Whatever makes you comfortable. In addition we have 32 outdoor chairs and a few tables.
We do not allow nails, glue, tacks, screws, tape or the like on the walls And ceilings. No fireworks, pyrotechnics, lanterns of any sorts. No silk flower petals outside. No confetti, silly string, glitter Or helium balloons inside.
